EXPORT YOUR "TOP 50" CLIENTS

Go into your current CRM and sort your clients by “asset” and “premium,” in order to identify your Top 50 clients. Make sure to export their birth date, anniversary date, email, mobile #, and origination date. Export into a CSV file.

AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS

Depending on the CRM you use, you may be able to export family members at the same time.  When it comes to “relationships”, you want to remember their family members too, not just the client..

IMPORT INTO CRB

Import those clients and their family members into CRB.

That’s all you need to do initially.  Your CRB account is preset to start sending important reminders.
